Returns & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you wish to return an item, we’re happy to accept it back within 14 days of delivery, provided it remains unused and is in its original packaging.
How to Return Your Order
You have two options for returning your order:
- Return it yourself – You can arrange to send the item back to our return’s facility in Middlesbrough at your own expense.
- Book a collection – We can organise a courier collection for you at a cost of £199.
To initiate a return, please complete our returns form and review our full returns policy. Our team will respond within one working day with further instructions.
Returning Without the Original Packaging
If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure the item is securely wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it during transit. The product must be unused and well-packaged before being returned.
Return Costs
- Booking a Collection
If you choose for us to arrange a collection, the £199 fee will be deducted from your refund, so no additional payment is required. - Returning the Item Yourself
If you prefer to handle the return yourself or use your own courier, there are no additional charges. Once your return request is approved, we will provide our returns address. Please note that returns must be pre-arranged with our team, so ensure you submit the returns form before sending your item back.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 72 hours to ensure it meets the return conditions. After approval, we will process your refund and send a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5-7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
